Q: How can I contact customer Support?
A: Direct message @totalgritapparel on Instagram or Facebook, or choose the "Chat with us" feature on our site and we can answer your questions/concerns through there!

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
A: We accept returns/exchanges on all items within 30 days of delivery so long as the item/items is in its original and sellable condition. 

Q: Are there discounts or promotions available?
A: We sometimes offer promotions or sales strictly through our Instagram: @totalgritapparel

Also, if you follow one of our Total Grit ambassadors on social media, you can use their code for 10% off your order!

Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: We do offer gift cards in the amounts of $20, $40, $60, $75, and $100. If you are unsure of product or sizing to gift your friend or special someone, a gift card is always a suitable option to be sure they get their favorite Total Grit item.

Q: Can I sign up for newsletters or updates about new arrivals?
A: Scroll to the bottom of our homepage and you can "Sign up to receive the newest promotions and deals". This will put you on our e-mail list to be the first to hear about new drops, flash sales, and much more.

Q: How do I determine my correct size?
A: There is a guide to sizing in the product description of each item. Our items run "Fitted", "True to size", or "Baggy". You can also use our model pictures and model stats described in each item to guide your size selection. For example, "Model is 5'8 150lb wearing size Medium".

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, ShopPay (installments), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Diner's Club

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently we do not offer international shipping, but hope to in the future as the Total Grit brand grows.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: This varies depending on shipping address. Our processing time is 1 business day + 2-4 business days for standard shipping or 5-7 business days for Economy Shipping.

Q: What is your shipping cost?
A: This varies depending on shipping address and product weight. Be sure to take advantage of our sales or Total Grit ambassador codes to cut down on costs of your order! 

Q: Can I track my order?
A: You will be able to track your order via Tracking # through your Shopify purchase. 
 
Q: What materials are in your clothing?
A: You can check the product description for each item for a breakdown of materials in each item.

Q: Do you have a physical store or are you an online-only retailer?
A: Currently we are an online-only retailer selling strictly through our website and social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
